Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy:

We understand you are unable to try on or physically sample goods before purchasing, therefore we are happy to accept returns for a full refund of the purchased item/s.

Policy to return goods:
- The item is in saleable condition;
- Be unworn, unused &/or unopened;
- have the original tags still attached;
- are received back within 30 days of date of purchase
- a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase in included (invoice number and date of purchase).
- Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

A business can refuse to process a refund if:

  • The item has obviously been used or worn.
  • you have misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem
  • The item is returned in a way that makes the it unsalable. For example; the item has pet hair present.

This change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for a replacement, credit or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, the business has the right to offer you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

In-store Return Policy:

Our in-store Return Policy differs from our Online Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • you have changed your mind
  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect choice
  • The item has obviously been used or worn.
  • you have misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem

We are more than happy to offer a Store Credit or Exchange.

When are you be entitled to a Refunds/Repair or Exchange: 

The item has a MAJOR fault. The business has final say on whether they offer a Refund/Replacement or Exchange. Further information is available at https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund and our “Faulty” return information.
