Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund of the purchased item, not including shipping if you change your mind.

Policy to return goods:
- in saleable condition;
- have not been worn or used;
- have the original tags still attached;
- are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
- are accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
- return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer

This change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, credit or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we have the right to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
