Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy:

We understand you are unable to try on or physically goods before purchasing, therefore we are happy to accept returns of clothing items for a full refund of the purchased item/s.

Policy to return goods:
- The item is in saleable condition;
- Be unworn, unused &/or unopened;
- have the original tags still attached;
- are received back within 14 days of date of delivery
- a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase in included (invoice number and date of purchase).
- Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer. or 1 way postage if your postage was covered by our minimum "Free Postage" you will be liable for the return

A business can refuse to process a refund if:

  • The item has obviously been used or worn.
  • you have misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem
  • The item is returned in a way that makes the it unsalable. For example; the item has pet hair present.

This change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for a replacement, credit or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, the business has the right to offer you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

In-store Return Policy:

CHERRY BLOSSOM IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We ask that you please CHOOSE CAREFULLY as we do not offer a Refunds if you change your mind (including gifts).  We are however, more than happy to offer an open-ended STORE CREDIT to use in your own time.
Your Store Credit information is held on our system under your name.
Our system will alert us to your Store Credit next time you purchase

You are welcome to request a gift voucher in place of a Store Credit which you are welcome to gift to another person.

NSW FAIR TRADE GUIDELINES

A business can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • you changed your mind.
  • you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem.
  • you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

A product has a major problem when:

  • it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • it would stop someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
  • it’s unsafe.
  • it’s significantly different from the sample or description.
  • it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.

·        Return within 14 days from the purchase date. Please contact Cherry                           Blossom on 02 99719127 if you need a time extension.

·        All original tags and signage must be attached.

·        In new/unworn condition and suitable to be returned to floor stock.

·        You do not need to provide proof of purchase if purchased if under your name.

·        In the event of a gift being return by the recipient, simply let the recipient know the name the item was purchased under, and we can locate the information this way.

·        NO RETURN ON SKIN CARE, PERFUME OILS, SPRAYS, ROLL-ONS, or ANY UNDERWEAR or SWIMWEAR ITEM – OH&S GUIDLINES.

No returns after 14 days from the date of purchase - NO ACCEPTIONS

Both of our Returns Policies are in line with the NSW Fair Trade guidelines.
