Frills, heavy tie belts, gathering and ties! Flamboyant and unique is how we would describe this piece of art!
The bodice (top) has lightly padded stitched top with frill detail around the neck, down the front surrounding the front and back panels . The stiff cotton stands on its own, but can be pushed down.
The skirt has a thick cotton tie which can be tied at the front, side or back depending ion the look your after. It is a tiered skirt with a thick strip that goes around the hip.
A very unique and special set that looks stunning on!
